The staff were friendly and provided me with helpful information throughout my stay. The location was great as it was central to all the main attractions and there were plenty of food options nearby. The room was big and clean, stocked with bottled water and had lots of plug outlets for charging electronics. I especially liked the gym, pool, and the multi-coloured lighting system in the room. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing with many choices and good coffee.

The hotel was new and modern, with a great location close to the BTS. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to help out. The room was super clean and cleaned to a very high standard. The breakfast had a fair spread for the price, offering a good choice of local and western options. The gym was small but well-equipped, perfect for a workout during my city trip. The pool, although small, was adequate for doing laps. The rooftop deck was a nice addition, providing a quiet spot to soak up some sunshine. a really nice small hotel with excellent service and amenities.

the half-open shower concept led to water spilling out and could have been improved with a shower door.

Great value for money. Loved the rainforest shower and comfy bed, plus the high quality toiletries were a lovely touch. The free Netflix account and fast WiFi were a bonus. Location was perfect for exploring nearby venues. Breakfast was fantastic, especially with the Ethiopian coffee and oat milk in the café.
